Not a vendor but want to be involved with the Market? We can always use volunteers to lend a hand on market days. Below are some of the jobs we could use a hand with:
1.) Putting out signboards on Market days. Requires some lifting and you would need to store the six sign boards at your home.
2.) Helping vendors load and unload before the Market opens and after the Market closes. Requires some lifting up to approximately 30lbs.
3.) Helping with general market set up of tables and chairs for customers, parking signs, set up of manager’s and musician’s canopies. Break down of these things at the end of the Market.
We always need people interested in being on the Board of Directors too! Not a huge job, but our board is a working board that is quite heavily involved in the operations of the market and support of the market manager. If you are a bookkeeper or have accounting experience we can really use your talents on the Board of Directors.
